Washington State increases liquor tax

Those making alcohol apart of their summer vacation may want to take a second look at their wallet before purchasing a drink. Starting Aug 1 and through the end of 2011, the markup on liquor will significantly increase. This will cause the markup, the percentage of the cost of product to the Liquor Board, to be 51.

Over 35 million Americans suffer from seasonal allergies. Allergies often occur when the immune system react to a foreign substance such as pollen, pet dander, bee venom. The symptoms however depend on the allergy a person my have. There are many known allergies: hay fever, atopic dermatitis (eczema), food allergy, insect sting, and drug allergens.

The words "wear it proudly" are inscribed on the small white tag that hangs from the stem of the red poppy flowers. In honor of those who have served and are currently serving in the nations Armed Forces, the small red poppy flowers were traditionally passed out among Veterans on May 21 by Student Programs.
